Runes:
Battle Cry (3.2% - 32% Melee Offense)
It will not be an easy quest to obtain all these items. As for the Dedicated Shaman , yes they are only available through bank offers but you can use Baggi for the gear slots and get melee bonuses from the gear used + gems and runes.
