Guide to Invader Hero Equipment Part One

Hello everyone and welcome to a new Vikings War of Clans guide!

Looking at how the Hero Invader Equipment is organized in game I realized there are so many sets of gear that you could easily get overwhelemed when trying to decide what to go for next.

So I decided to make a guide about it , to break down the number of materials needed for each set and to make sure you have all the information necessary when crafting your equipment.

I will also be talking about 3 invaders per guide so the posts do not get too long.
Before trying to get any other invader set , if you do not want to lose the Hero Energy you worked so hard to save up gold for (if you are a f2p player) or you have spent money on (if you are a p2p player), you should always go for the Royal Guardsman set.

Royal Guardsman Invader

This invader has drops that transform into equipment that further helps you kill more invaders , in a more efficient manner.

The set will provide the following bonuses from simple to legendary quality:

Guardsman Set

Hero Offense : 4,4% > 6,8% > 8,8% > 11,2% > 13,2% > 17,6%

Reduce Invader Defense : 5,5% > 8,5% > 11% > 14% > 16,5% > 22%

Hero Endurance : 6% > 9% > 12% > 15% > 18% > 24%

Silver Production : 22% > 44% > 66% > 88% > 110% > 164,5%

Food Production : 66% > 132% > 198% > 264% > 330% > 495%


Total number of materials needed for all the pieces of the set (any of the same quality):

White Leather -     4
Cast Steel -            4
Rivets -                  5
Cap -                      5
Armor Elements -  6


I have taken the time to write all the bonuses you get at different qualities of this set because some of you will probably not get the whole set of legendary quality and it will also show you that even if you do not get the legendary pieces , it is still worth having as it greatly reduces energy usage and increases damage dealt to invaders.


The next invader we will be talking about is the Barbarian.

Barbarian Invader

Following the Guardsman, the Barbarian Invader Equipment also has bonuses that make it easier for you to fight more invaders in a shorter time span.

The Barbarian Invader set will provide these bonuses from simple to legendary quality:

Barbarian Set

March Speed: 17,5% > 26,3% > 35% > 43,8% > 52,5% > 70%

Stone Production: 45% > 90% > 135% > 180% > 225% > 337,5%

Total Defense: 9,1% > 13,6% > 18% > 22,5% > 27,1% > 36%

Hero's Energy Restoration: 13,5% > 18,9% > 24,3% > 29,7% > 35,1% > 40,5%

Siege Offense: 8,9% > 13,2% > 17,5% > 21,8% > 26,4% > 35%

Building Speed: 6,6% > 13% > 19,6% > 26% > 33,6% > 39%

Sheepskin -        3
Resin -               4
Bull Sinews -     3
Iron Chain -       4
Ancient Stone -  4
Feather -             1

Centurion Invader

This Invader's equipment is mainly aimed at Yielding Speed and it is the only one of it's kind from the invader category, with some pieces giving the best bonus in game for Yielding.

From simple to legendary quality you will get these bonuses wearing the full Centurion Invader Equipment:

Centurion Set

Learning Speed: 4,5% > 9% > 13,5% > 18% > 22,5% > 27%

Marching Speed: 26,5% > 39,9% > 53% > 66,4% > 79,5% > 106%

Resource Yielding Speed: 13,4% > 20% > 26,5% > 33,1% > 39,9% > 53%

Warrior Capacity: 14% > 28% > 42% > 56% > 70% > 84%

Total Defense: 13,1% > 19,6% > 26% > 32,5% > 39,1% > 52%

Gold Yielding Speed: 2% > 3% > 4% > 5% > 6% > 6%

Total number of materials needed for a full Centurion Set (any of the same quality):

Laurel Leaves- 4

Bronze Bars-    3

Leather Strips- 4

Linen Fabric-   4

Gypsum-          4

Feather-            1

Leather-            3

Diamond-         1

Special note on Invader and Barbarian materials : They can be bought from the clan shop using loyality points but they can also drop from Gifts of the Gods rewards from the Kingdom Versus Kingdom : Revenge event as shown in the image below:
