How to hyperfarm

After you have joined a clan and set yourself up for success , your next concern should be resources.

A very common way to get said resources is by setting your town up to be a Hyperfarm.

There are 5 main resources in Vikings:War of Clans : Food, Wood, Stone,Iron and Silver.

The first 4 share the same building spaces , the ones on the right of your town. So there are a total of  25 building spaces to share between 4 resources.

A typical 1 resource hyperfarm should look like this : 22 buildings producing the resource you have decided on and 3 of the other buildings producing resources as you need them to develop your town.

Based on this you can also build a 2 resource hyperfarm which is most common in my clan : 11 buildings producing 1 type of resource, 12 buildings producing another type and the remaining 2 of the other resources.

How this works? One might ask.

In Vikings:War of Clans, your town produces resources untill it reaches the town limit set by the combined capacity of the buildings producing that type of resource. Once you reach that limit, your town will not be producing anymore.

The whole point of having a Hyperfarm is to keep your town pumping out that resource round the clock (or 2 if you opted for that). You can do this by sending all of your resources to the clan bank if your clan has one or by finding someone else that is hyperfarming a different type of resource and you can both exchange resources once you reach your town limit.

What you need to further increase your town's production:

  • Hero Skills in producing the resource you focus on.
  • Hero Equipment for producing the resource you focus on.
  • Shaman Skills in producing the resource you focus on.
  • Shaman Equipment for producing the resource you focus on.
  • Resource production boosts from the clan shop. The singular resource production boosts stack up with the general boost.
  • Knowldge in the Economic tree focused on those resources.
  • Valley of Aesir
  • OPTIONAL: Gems in both hero and shaman gear. Boosts from the item shop give a higher production %

Important note: Any town can hyperfarm silver in addition to the other 1-2 resources as the Manor buildings have different building tiles.

Here's an example of production statistics of my Food and Lumber + Silver  setup:

    1. Hi, only reason why you would want to hyperfarm a specific resource is because the units you make require more of that resource. But the whole idea of hyperfarming is that you do not do it alone but all your clan does it so you can trade in between to : 1. empty your storage so your town keeps producing and 2. to have all resources at your disposal. So in the grand scheme of things u could hyperfarm anything as long as you have others doing it and you support eachother.

  2. Any suggestions on how to create a clan bank? How many buildings should a clan bank have, what kind of knowledge (convoy capacity, etc). Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

  3. Well , a town that is focused on hyperfarming a specific resource will naturally sum up more of that resource. Therefore you should look to having more than just one bank to avoid getting capped and stop producing a specific resource. Example : A town that hyperfarms stone will cap faster on stone so you should be moving stone to a town that is not hyperfarming stone but another resource. So the aim is to keep moving the resources that a specific town is focused on to have it continuously producing that resource because it is raking it up much faster than another town that is not doing it.
