VIP Status Explained

However we will learn how to ultimately be like this guy :

In Vikings: War of Clans the VIP system is a very unique way of getting bonuses for your town that I have not seen in any other Android or iOS game. Or any PC game for that matter.

You can increase your VIP level by obtaining VIP points.

Each level has bonuses for your town that add up from level to level.

You can obtain VIP points by: hitting invaders , hitting ghosts,passing checkpoints in certain competitions , logging in daily, reward from server maintenance, or buy them with gold as shown in the image below:

Note that if you ever buy them with gold, buying 5000 points for 10000 gold is the best gold to vip point conversion you can get from the item store.

Why is VIP level important?

As you get your level higher and higher you will notice a sum of improvements to your gameplay such as :

Daily Tasks Auto-Complete 

These tasks give hero and shaman xp , resources , clan loyality , clan prowess and crafting materials.

The higher your VIP level , the more tasks you get and the faster it is to complete them.

If your VIP level is high enough you will notice your hero will level faster, your shaman will level faster, you will have more hero equipment crafting materials and you will get more clan loyality to spend on Baggi the Big Charms for example.

Marching speed increase and headcount

This one had me sold on VIP levels because having a bigger marching speed means you can get to resources faster, plunder faster and even succeed in attacks that you have otherwise failed.

Bigger march headcount means you can send more troops out at once.

Permanent Defense and Attack Modifiers

Bonuses like Troop Attack , Troop Defense, Troop Health, Enemy Troop Attack, Enemy Troop Defense  and Enemy Troop Health.

In combat, these are literally worth their numbers in gold because they are % based bonuses that provide remarkable advantages.

Resource Production Boosts

With VIP level activated, your town will produce resources at a higher rate.

Free boost of the action in progress

This is by far the most coveted VIP priviledge. It's when that "boost button" turns into the "royal purple free button" for your buildings and knowledge upgrades.

Warrior Capacity Increase

This will let you send less troops for the same ammount of resources on the global map. Or even allow you to plunder more resources from your enemies!

Ammount of resources sent to clansman

I think this is really underrated. In a clan where you are all hyperfarming, getting rid of resources fast so you can keep producing is very important. I really like this VIP benefit.

Conclusion

Even if you are a free-to-play player, upgrading your VIP level is cheap and easy. My advice is to dump all the extra gold you have into this because it permanently improves your gameplay experience.
